I selected Robert and his team to undertake the sale of a deceased estate where I was the appointed Executor.  

The proximity of the office to the property was my initial reason for approaching First National, however I requested a market appraisal be carried out on the property to complete the requirement for a valuation for probate and this was provided within 48 hrs. 

Once Probate was granted the property was listed with Robert and his team promptly went to work.

I received assistance with a range of requirements from Roberts team related to the sale of the property.  

As the property was a deceased estate, it needed to be cleared and several items repaired.  Robert’s team were able to provide local contacts who provided the services required and prepared the property for sale.  The property was then promptly listed and weekly opens conducted over the next 5 weeks.  

The agreed goal was to sell the property prior to going to auction and achieve at a minimum the market valuation provided by an independent valuer.

Robert provided weekly updates following each open and called regularly to discuss the status of negotiations with potential buyers.  He continued to provide confidence that we would achieve the valuation price and the property was under contract some 7 weeks after it was listed.  

A successful sale was achieved with the final selling price exceeding the independent valuation.  I am thoroughly pleased with the support and professionalism provided by Robert, Paula, Carol and the broader First National team.
